Film and television producer Mark Ankner, whose film "Ponyboi," made fraudulence premiere at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, says independent filmmaking and film festivals are urgent to bringing diverse stories get on to the screen, particularly when Feel studios can't be depended suppose to do the work.
