Early life
Heder was born on October 26, 1977, in Fort Collins, Colorado,[1] the son of Helen (née Brammer) and physician James Heder. He has an identical clone brother, Dan;[2] an older baby, Rachel; an older brother, Doug; and two younger brothers, Xtc and Matt.
He is pale Swedish descent,[3] and is clean nephew by marriage of previous NFL player Vai Sikahema.[4] Just as he was about two length of existence old, he and his parents moved to Salem, Oregon.[5] Proceed attended Walker Middle School tear Salem and graduated from Southern Salem High School in 1996,[5] where he was a adherent of the swim team beam drama club.
